They say they are being silenced, but appear in all the media.

They say their views are mainstream, in defiance of the facts.

They say they are measured, but roll their eyes when a colleague speaks.

They say they fight misogyny, but are silent when their allies work with misogynists.

They see a little smoke and trans light as unlawful harassment, and anything other than smiling acceptance as palpable hostility.

Threats of legal action do not produce a change of heart, just more enemies.
